Dear Mayor and Governor Pataki,

I have complaint to make. I still didn't get a gate for my window. There was a big incident with my classmates brother. My classmates baby brother fell out of the window. I have a baby sister and two cousins of mine. I would hate for them to fall to their death because window gates were not installed. So for the saftey of everyone in the State of New York I ask that you grant this wish.
